Expect a fully functional product with cosmetic defects. Replacements and returns are accepted in cases of functional defects.
Common Cosmetic Defects
Broken Holes
Please note that the unlabeled hole in this image may be damaged. It doesn’t matter. All other holes should not be damaged.
What happens is the copper plating on the hole peels off. Here is a real life example of this happening. The board is still fully functional, as this happened on a hole that doesn’t need to be electrically active.
This is an unavoidable manufacturing defect and does not affect function-- so, we actively ship out boards & do not refund boards with this problem.

Missing Connectors
Some symbols may ship with connectors missing. This is done on purpose. They should still work without them. If they do not, email all@circuitplaytime.com.
Hand Assembly
Schematic Paper is hand assembled. Symbols may have rough edges, too much solder, too little solder, misaligned parts, weird soldermask, etc. As our manufacturing process improves, these will become fewer and far between.
